Tulsa Mobile Mechanic

Vet ⚓️ we need to talk soon, really just talk. Our American culture kind of charity over here. I'll fix the stars just fine, etc. Course correct is obviously written, not full on complaints, but ok. Just talk is real. I'm up for the two black hair guys that came together the 1st time. The brothers are cool as hell. One brunette left the battery loose. I should've parked near my neighbor's offered camera while I recovered fast enough from things added to my diet. They all knew & only two were cool. Some serious attempted off point abuse here from jazzy helping kids, I'm in there saying don't pay me back period, Peace. 📱we've all got security cameras now over here 📷 texting crazy stuff. 35 screenshots. Don't mess with a fellow vet. over nothing. Read 1st. My charity is here to help, but hmm. Why flipout over retraining needed...

I live in OKC and had them inspect a car I was interested in purchasing out in Tulsa. Friendly folks, timely service at a great price. They felt very understanding of my situation and were very communicative with the specific things I asked them to look out for given the special car I was looking at! I felt a lot more at ease making the drive to pick up the car didn't feel as scared that I would get burned buying it. Would highly recommend to anyone needing services in the area.

Terrible communication. I was very confused about the entire service. I called them because my car was losing all of the coolant very fast. Day 1 they quoted me for a water pump, thermostat, and coolant and said they could fix it the next day. Day 2 I was asked how I was going to pay and I replied “with a card” and I never heard from them again so I scheduled an appointment for the next day with someone else that had texted me from the same Tulsa Mobile Mechanic. Day 3 I didn’t hear from anyone again. But my wife called me and said the same guy was back and outside working on the car. I finally get a call from them later saying my car was finished. I paid them through PayPal under “friends and family” because they do not accept payments under “as service” because they don’t like the fees. And I trusted them. Day 4 I’m broke down on the side of the road because all of the coolant had leaked out of the car again. I’m assuming I can’t get my money back because of the way I paid them. So thank you for nothing Tulsa Mobile Mechanic. I will not be using them ever again and would not recommend using. Such a waste of time.

I called them today and they answered the phone almost immediately! They were able to get someone out to look at my BMW within a few hours “it wasn’t an emergency”. Once here he was able to give me a diagnosis and a quote and fix the issue! Very easy process and awesome customer service! I definitely recommend using them if you haven’t already! I will be using them in the future and telling people about my great experience.

You can't beat the convenience of having a mechanic come to you, for starters! The dispatcher was helpful, friendly and honest about potential wait but assured me someone would be out same day. She called to let me know that a technician was finishing up last job then heading my way and what his name was. Jared called to let me know he was 10 minutes away and got busy immediately diagnosing my issue. A part was not available but he was able to give me a temporary fix, allowing me to drive my car home (an hour away). Cost was reasonable considering all I had to do was wait for technician--I didn't have to drive car and risk damaging engine by running it with no coolant. Jared was very friendly, seemed knowledgeable and was respectful of my time & situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tulsa Mobile Mechanic if you find yourself stranded in the Tulsa area.
